RS Analytics Portal is an environment that organizes the overall work of preparing financial and accounting reports.
It is suitable for use by individual companies that prepare monthly, quarterly or annual reports, as well as for holdings of companies that prepare similar reports, but at a consolidated level.
The portal helps the people who prepare the reports to handle the whole process more easily. This reduces the need for a permanent Client support center.

The portal will guide the users through all the steps they need to prepare their monthly, quarterly or yearly accounting or financial reports:

• Step1: Accounting closure;
• Step2: Data transfer from ERP to DWH;
• Step3: Reports reconciliation using IBM® Cognos Controller, additional custom BI reports, mapping tool and jobs for reloading the data. Data reclassification in IBM® Cognos Controller and reconciliation of intercompany transactions (if needed);
• Step4: Loading data in Excel and do any adjustments if needed.
  RS Analytics Portal allows the users to control and execute jobs to transfer data from ERPs to DWH. It provides an user friendly interface.

Plenty of reports are predefined in RS Analytics Portal used for comparing TB or GL data betwеen DWH and ERP databases, AI reports for providing information for no mapped or double mapped data, and many others…
